Feature Improvements

Enhancements made to improve SQLGate’s performance and usability:

1. Improved Loading Speed

   • Reduced overall application loading time, resulting in faster responsiveness during startup.

2. Toolbar Layout Fully Restored on Layout Change

   • When switching between "Basic Layout" and "Simple Layout", the toolbar configuration is now fully restored for a stable and consistent experience.

New Features

Several new features have been added to enhance the user experience:

1. Grid Enhancements

   • Added option to "Hide columns with only null values"

   • Added "Font Settings" option

   • Added option to "Show data types in column headers"

   • Highlight Modified Cell Data: Modified cells are now visually marked for better visibility and tracking.

2. Workspace Save Enhancement

   • When saving a workspace, the object list displayed in the detail pane is now automatically restored.

3. SQL Editor Enhancements

   • Added “SQL Separator Highlighting” → Enhances readability while writing queries

   • Added keyboard shortcut to switch between Basic/Simple layout → Allows quick environment switching

Bug Fixes

Resolved issues found in previous versions to improve stability:

1. Grid Bug Fixes

   • Fixed issue where double-clicking the column header would select all columns

   • Fixed issue where the focus cell changed unexpectedly when entering edit mode via double-click after query execution

2. SQL Execution Bug Fixes

   • Patched an Access Violation (AV) error that occurred after viewing execution plans

3. Layout Switch Bug Fixes

   • Fixed issue where switching back to "Basic Layout" from "Simple Layout" caused all toolbars to reappear unintentionally
